Here’s an engine designed specifically for the kind of work you need it to do, built on-shore for off-shore demands. The SisuDiesel Citius 84CITM engine is turbocharged and aftercooled, delivering advanced technology and high performance quality with 6 cylinders and 513 cubic inches of pure power.

With the 20,000 psi common rail injection system by Bosch and newly redesigned four-valve heads the SisuDiesel Citius engine has reduced combustion noise, using slow firing pressure getting rid of the sharp noise typical to diesel engines. The sound of combustion is smooth and frequency is pleasantly low. Wet cast iron cylinder liners are centrally supported, reducing the vibration of the liners, which eliminates cavitation inside the cylinders. Internal components are individually balanced for smooth running and long life.

Like always, the SisuDiesel Citius engine is constructed as a single-piece, cast-iron block assembled by one person who personally signs off on each engine they construct.
